About LaToya
Co-Owner, Head Chef – LaToya Greene was born into a family of caterers and cooks, LaToya developed a passion for her work with food at an early age and finds satisfaction in serving the community. She studied at the Culinary Institute of the Carolinas at Greenville Technical College and has a wealth of experience leading teams in both hospitality and food services. LaToya owns and operates Catered Dreams, a full-service catering and event planning company. She has 3 children and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family in her free time.
About Desiree
Co-Owner, Chief of Operations – Food is life! Desiree has been in the event industry since 2004. As a student at Clemson University she got a part-time job as a catering server and fell in love! While there she honed her skills in catering and events. She then perfected her skills in event planning at Furman University. As the Director of Catering, she revamped the catering program at Furman University and increased revenue by 10%. Her passion is serving delicious food and making memorable occasions for her family and clients.
